Import Tariffs and Shipping Policy on US

Import Tariffs and Shipping Policy on US

Dear Valued US Customers,

At Zllada, we have always prioritized transparency and fairness in our service. Regrettably, due to unprecedented changes in US tariff regulations, we must update our shipping policy for US orders to ensure sustainable operations while continuing to serve you effectively.

Why Are These Changes Necessary?

Starting May 2, 2025, the U.S. government will impose a 90% tariff on all imports valued at less than $800, with a minimum tariff of $75 per package (rising to $150 after June 1). This policy directly impacts our ability to provide affordable shipping options, as tariffs currently account for a large portion of the cost of an order.

Key Adjustments to Our Policy

1. New Free Shipping Threshold: $135

  • Orders over $135: Continue to enjoy free standard shipping.
  • Orders below $135: Shipping fee will adjust to $9.99.
  • The amount of tariff will be calculated additionally in the shipping cost.

The above policies may change due to the US tariff re-adjustment on June 1st.

2. Shipment Timing for Pre-Order/Backorder Items

To minimize tariff fees: If an order contains both stock items and pre-sale items or items that are temporarily out of stock, in order to avoid high tariffs, we have to ship all items together once fully available. Split shipments like before would trigger multiple tariff charges, making the order financially unsustainable.

Our Heartfelt Apologies / Commitment to You

We deeply regret the inconvenience this policy causes. This is not a decision we make lightly – it is a last resort to avoid shutting down US operations entirely.

We will continue to monitor the latest developments in tariffs to ensure that the shipping policy can be restored to their original state as soon as the situation eases.
